Barbie embarked on her tattoo journey through a rigorous apprenticeship at one of Kansas City, Missouri’s most esteemed tattoo shops. After successfully completing her apprenticeship and dedicating nearly two decades to mastering her craft, Barbie returned to her hometown of DeKalb, Illinois. With her, she brought a wealth of knowledge and an extensive skill set acquired throughout her career, and she channeled this expertise into the establishment of Mindful Tattoo Collective. Barbie is committed to delivering the highest quality tattoo artistry while ensuring clients enjoy a seamless and delightful experience.
Josie Randecker
Tattoo Artist
Josie is a proficient color artist specializing in bold lines, bright colors, and custom designs. Whether it be their first tattoo or their 50th, she prides herself on providing a comfortable and safe environment for her clients’ experiences. She loves collaborating with clients to create the perfect custom design for them and has new flash pages available every month for those who prefer to browse. Josie loves to learn and is constantly educating herself on new styles, methods, and techniques to ensure the best quality in her work.
